How will you find the right tenant?
At Renting Toronto we will advertise your property on many high traffic websites and submit your property to our established connections throughout the rental industry. We also pre-screen potential tenants even before showing them the property! All potential tenants fill out an application and provide proof of salary & employment. We then double check this and call their workplace to ensure they are in good standing well into the future. The final stage would be to conduct a credit bureau report and a fraud check, we also call the tenants previous landlords to inquire about their tenancy and if all rent was paid on time and that no problems existed.
What will happen if something breaks or goes wrong at the condo or house and you are unavailable?
We are always available 24/7, this includes evenings, weekends and holidays
Where will you find reliable maintenance services to fix problems at the property?
We have a database of trustworthy maintenance services, including painters, plumbers, cleaners, contractors and general repair trades people.
How will you know what is happening at our property on a regular basis?
It all starts with our excellent tenant selection process, the tenants that we personally select give Renting Toronto and you the owner great peace of mind. If there is any cause for inspecting a unit, we provide the tenant with the proper 24 hours notice. Once our inspection is complete we then report back to you our findings.

We want to be competitive and get you the best lease amount possible while not being overpriced and having your rental property sit on the market too long.

We provide services for the single property owner right up to a large companies portfolio of multiple properties. Our detailed monthly reports and receipts give our property owners and landlords a user-friendly detailed breakdown.
