Our company has been in the business of placing competent, qualified tenants in owners and landlord's properties since 1999. Our company has full time dedicated agents renting properties on behalf of owners, we do not sell homes or condominiums we strictly rent. Owners have the final say on all prospective tenants.

This is a one time fee even if renters renew their lease.
Optional monthly property management - this is a separate fee if required
Problems rarely arise with our clients but if any do during the tenancy we continue on in an effort to help rectify any situation and give you our experienced advise. As well as help with steps that may need to be taken with the Ontario Rental Tribunal.
